Ingredients
  

  • 2 racks beef ribs
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp. onion powder
  • 1 tbsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp. dried oregano
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs by using a butter knife to lift it up and then a paper towel to pull it off.
  • Massage both sides of the ribs with olive oil.
  • In a small bowl, mix the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, ground cumin, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  • Both sides of the ribs should be coated with the spice mixture.
  • The ribs should be wrapped tightly in foil and placed on a baking sheet.
  • Bake the ribs in the oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the meat is tender and almost falling off the bone.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Remove the ribs from the foil and brush both sides with BBQ sauce.
  • Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they are caramelized and slightly charred.
  • Remove the ribs from the grill, let them rest for a few minutes, and then cut them into individual portions.
  • Serve the BBQ British ribs with extra BBQ sauce and your favourite sides like smoked vegetables or baked potatoes.
