Ingredients
  

  • 1-1/2 cup cooked BBQ beef
  • pizza dough
  • 1 red bell pepper diced into small pieces
  • 1 red onion
  • ½ cup sweet corn
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce (homemade)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup jalapenos
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley

Ingredients for pizza dough

  • 1-1/2 cup warm water
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. active dry yeast
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 3-1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Ingredients for BBQ Beef:

  • 1 pound thinly sliced beef
  • Salt (to taste)
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

Instructions
 

Instruction Pizza Dough:

  • Combine the yeast, sugar, and warm water in a large mixing bowl, to make the pizza dough.
  • Let the mixture rest for one hour until foamy.
  • Make a dough by mixing flour and salt in a foamy mixture.
  • You must knead it for 5-10 minutes on a floured surface until it becomes smooth and elastic
  • In a greased bowl, cover the dough with a damp towel and let it rise for 1-2 hours.

Instructions for BBQ Beef:

  • Season the beef strips with salt, pepper, olive oil, and garlic powder.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat 30 minutes before grilling.
  • After grilling for 6-7 minutes, remove the beef strips from the grill.
  • Once the beef strips have been grilled, let them rest for 5 minutes.

Instructions for Beef Pizza

  • Preheat your oven to 425℉.
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it’s about 12 inches in diameter.
  • Let the BBQ sauce spread evenly over the dough, leaving some space around the edge.
  • After the sauce is spread evenly, sprinkle mozzarella cheese, onions, sweet corn, jalapenos, BBQ beef strips, and bell peppers over it.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and cilantro over the top.
  • Bake at 400℉ for 15 minutes until golden brown crust.
  • Remove from oven, slice into pieces using a sharp knife and serve with your favorite sauce.
