Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Grape Nut cereal

Instructions
 

  • Combine the heavy cream and whole milk in a mixing bowl. Blend them well together.
  • Then add the granulated sugar and continue to whisk until the sugar is dissolved completely. You will get a sweet and creamy base for your ice cream by doing this.
  • Add pure vanilla extract. Vanilla complements Grape Nut cereal beautifully.
  • The ice cream base should be poured into your ice cream maker. For churning, follow the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Prepare your grape nut cereal while the ice cream is churning. Crush it slightly to break down any large pieces, ensuring even distribution in the ice cream.
  • About 5 minutes before the churning process is complete, slowly add the Grape Nut cereal to the ice cream maker. This allows the cereal to mix evenly into the ice cream.
  • Once the churning is done, your Grape Nut Ice Cream will have a soft-serve consistency.
  • Transfer it to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  • You can serve Grape Nut Ice Cream in bowls or cones when you are ready to serve it.
