Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound lamb leg meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • ½ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • ½ cup fresh mint, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions
 

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes from burning on the grill.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the parsley, mint, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  • Add the lamb cubes to the mixture and toss until evenly coated.
  • Thread the lamb onto the skewers, leaving a small gap between each piece to ensure even cooking.
  • Heat the grill to medium-high heat. Once hot, add the skewers and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side or until the lamb is browned and cooked to your liking.
  • After removing the kebabs from the grill, let them rest for a few minutes.
