Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound  carrots, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 2 tbsp. BBQ sauce
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • chopped parsley for garnish(optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the carrot pieces on a large sheet of aluminum foil.
  • Pour the BBQ sauce mixture over the carrots, and toss them until they are well-coated.
  • Fold the edges of the aluminum foil up to create a packet, sealing the carrots inside.
  • Place the foil packet on the grill, and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and slightly charred.
  • Carefully open the foil packet, and transfer the carrots to a serving platter. Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired, and serve hot.
