Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound flank steak
  • ¼ cup soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves minced, garlic
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp.  smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp. dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Combine soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, garlic, rosemary, dried thyme, smoked paprika, salt and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
  • Put the flank steak in a shallow baking dish or large resealable plastic bag.
  • Make sure the steak is fully coated with the marinade. Seal the plastic bag tightly, removing the air. Put plastic wrap on the dish if you plan to use it.
  • Refrigerate for 2 to 6 hours, or up to 12 hours if you have time.
  • Once the steak has been marinated, let any excess marinade drip off.
  • Cook the flank steak for about 4-5 minutes per side, or longer if you prefer medium-rare, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 130°F (54°C).
  • It depends on the thickness of the steak how long it should be cooked.
  • Slice and serve after resting for 5 minutes.
