- 1-1/2 pound Skinless, boneless chicken breasts or thighs
- ¼ cup lime juice
- ¼ cup orange juice
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- ½ tsp. cayenne pepper
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
