Ingredients
  

  • ½ Cup Rolled oats
  • ½ Cup Milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey or maple syrup
  • ½ Tsp. Vanilla extract
  • ½ Tsp. Baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Chocolate Chip for Garnish

Instructions
 

  • Combine the rolled oats, milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Mix the ingredients well.
  • When the oats are set and have a cake-like texture, microwave them on high for 2-3 minutes.
  • You can then add your favorite toppings. After it has cooled slightly, I will add chocolate chips.
