- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 cups cooked Japanese rice
- 1 tbsp. sesame seeds for garnish
In a large skillet, heat some oil. Sauté the sliced onions until translucent.
Add thinly sliced beef and garlic powder and cook until brown. Break up any clumps of meat with a wooden spatula.
Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and beef broth together in a bowl. Combine all ingredients well.
